Accountant Careers in Kenya
The Catholic Diocese of Nakuru (CDN) wishes to recruit a highly motivated and competent individual to fill the following position; School Bursar/ Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
• Control of school finances.
• Preparation of financial statements e.g. budget estimates, monthly or quarterly Trial Balances etc.
• Issuing serialized and official school receipts for money or goods received by the school.
• Making all authorized and supported payments from school funds.
• Keeping of books of accounts in accordance with the accounting instructions for educational institutions.
Requirements:
i. Must possess a CPA Part II Section 4.
ii. Must have 2 years experience in school set-up.
iii. Should be computer literate especially in accounting packages.
