Our client, a leading pension and financial services provider wishes to recruit motivated and suitable candidates for the following positions.

Insurance Services Manager
Overall Purpose
Responsible for the establishment of insurance services, development of products and services and rolling out of the services directly and through the branch network, and overall business profitability through growth of market share.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the business compliance during set up and roll out of new products and services
• Responsible for the insurance services business plan, marketing plan and annual budgets
• Develop and implement sales and profitability plans according to account management principles that ensure the development
and maintenance of account plans within the insurance arm.
• Provide training, coaching, development and motivation of team members
• Develop attractive, efficient, cost effective and innovative business solutions
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelors degree, preferably in business. A good understanding of budgeting and financial planning is essential
• CII qualifications or Finance Certificate in Regulated General Insurance (CeRGI)
• An MBA will be added advantage
• An good understanding of the insurance services industry with a minimum experience of 7 years• Interpersonal, leadership, communication, networking and customer service skills• Be performance driven with a track record of delivering high results
