ACCOUNT MANAGER – (10 posts)
An International Company based in Nairobi is seeking to employ an Accounts Manager.
The primary responsibility is of the Account Manager is developing and maintaining of long – term relationships merchants.
Responsibilities:
Build and improve relationship with merchant.
Drive and enhance customer applications.
Contribute to merchant business growth.
Create weekly reports and daily updates.
Other tasks as required by the company management.

Skills Required
Management – The incumbent must have managerial experience and proven experience of performance management.
Retail experience – It is highly desirable that the individual to have previous retail.
Experience to ensure they can speak the same language as the retailer.
Financial experience – A sufficient level of finance to understand the product is preferred.
Previous experience of store cards or credit cards is an advantage.
Technology – The individual should be conversant with IT to allow the appropriate creation of report, using Excel and Word.
Articulate – The individual must be sufficiently articulate to converse with a small trader to the management team of an established corporate.
Management – The incumbent must have managerial experience and proven experience of performance management.
