Duties & Responsibilities
Answering and directing phone calls to the respective recipients.
Responding to general enquiries.
Responding to specific product related enquiries
Professionally managing internal phone transfers.
Carrying out other related tasks as might be required from time to time.

Required Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in communication or customer care related field.
At least 3 years experience working as a telephone operator, call centre agent or telesales.
Full knowledge on how to operate a PABX, computers and other office machines such as printers, scanners, fax, copier etc
Be articulate with good language command.
Professional and highly motivated
Good communication skills
Be goal oriented
Ability to perform with minimal supervision or with a team
Ability to adopt quickly to meet the needs of the business.
