Our client, a leading pension and financial services provider wishes to recruit motivated and suitable candidates for the following positions.
Corporate Communications Manager
Overall Purpose
Responsible to the Managing Director for the development, implementation and oversight of all corporate communications programmes to effectively promote the organization, its products and services, and enhance its overall reputation and maintain goodwill and understanding among its publics.
Key Responsibilities
• Formulate and participate in the development of corporate communication strategy and manage and monitor the execution its budget.
• Work with HR and internal communications and employee engagement teams to develop internal communications and employee social responsibility involvement plans.
• Develop and maintain the Company’s corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage.
• Write speeches for company executives and arrange interviews and other forms of contact for them.
• Direct the activities of external PR agencies that develop and implement communication strategiesand information programs.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related subjects.
• Professional marketing and or sales qualification such as CIM, MSK and membership with relevant body.
• Minimum five (5) years experience in corporate communication, working with public relations, media and advertising agencies, writing speeches, publications, media briefs and event management2. DIRECT
