A job interview is really a challenging step in a job seeker’s job search process. In only one or two minutes, you should answer a question briefly yet able to describe your views. It would be hard to pass interview test if you have not prepared yourself well.

Rather, it is asked to know about your professional goals, your education or the things you do in your leisure time.
The next common question is: “why do you want to work in this company?”. To answer this question well, make sure that you have made a research about the company. Try to find the company’s strength such as management style or sale strategies. In addition, tell the interviewer how you want to involve the team to give contribution to the company development.
