Reports to: Registrar (Administration)

Qualifications, skills and experience

Masters degree in Institutional Management or its equivalent.

Computer literacy

Demonstrate competence, ability in work performance and results.

Have a wide experience in the field of Institutional Management.
Job Summary

Management of all students’ accommodation facilities.

Co-ordinate allocation of rooms.

Ensure that halls are well maintained

Address student disciplinary matters in halls of residence.

Prepare and co-ordinate periodic reports on student accommodation.

Implementation of students’ rules and regulations pertaining to residence within the University premises.

Formulate and implement of departmental strategic plan.

Formulate, plan and control of the departmental budget.

Draft policies on room rentals.

Advise University Management on emerging issues on students’ accommodation.

Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Salary Scale:

Basic Salary Scale of Ksh 72,559 x 2,363 p.a -86,734 x 2,944 p.a – 95,566 p.m.

Attractive house and other allowance will be paid.
