General Manager – Advertising
African largest billboard advertising company and operates in 14 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa is looking for a General Manager. Successful candidate MUST be a Ugandan citizen.
Minimum requirements
• A graduate degree in Commerce, Communication or Business Management (Masters degree in a relevant field is an advantage)
• At least 5 years Managerial experience in sub-Saharan Africa
• At least 3 years experience in running an operation / branch
• Proven record of people management
• Previous FMCG / Agency experience advantageous
Key Responsibilities
• Developing and execution of country strategy
• Driving operation and financial performance of set country targets
• Full profit and loss responsibility for the country
• Reporting and reviews done accurately and timeously
• Managing a cross functioned team to ensure results are achieved
• Regulatory relations with all stakeholders
• Brand custodian in market
• Drive process innovation
Monthly gross salary: 6,000USD depending on experience
