Job Responsibilities & Priorities 
Doings flight reservations
Ensuring clients are well briefed on visa and health requirements
Ensuring clients are well briefed on any schedule changes or flight cancellations
Checking queues all the time so as to brief clients on any flight changes and clearing anyunwanted bookings in the systems
Adhering to ticketing rules and conditions
Ensuring all bookings have valid tickets
Ensuring accounts have sales report in time on all tickets issued/sold daily or the following day before 0900Hrs
Ensuring supporting documents i.e. LPOs/emails/cash are attached to booking cards before forwarding to accounts
Ensuring all requests by clients are well responded to in good time and follow ups are made thereafter
Ensuring tickets to be voided are done so before the next day to avoid un-necessary penalties
Ensuring all refunds are forwarded to accounts immediately they are lodged in the system
Update clients profiles are they come in
Ensuring that am updated at hand on current fares and any notices from airlines/suppliers
Always seek approval on any discounts to clients who won’t qualify such
Always seek approval before issuing ANY ticket on credit thus all tickets issued must have fully valid supporting documents
Treating clients with passion since they are the business.
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Availability should be immediate or in one month’s time.
Professional Qualifications 
KCSE- C and above.
Degree in Tourism/Travel Management or
Must have a Diploma in IATA/UFTAA consultant level (Air Travel   Operations) and
Diploma in Foundation Level (Air Travel Operations)
Over 8 years experience as a Travel Consultant in a busy environment.
Amadeus hands on experience.

Job requirements
Carrying out routine basic checks and carrying out emergency mechanical repairs on the vehicle’s cooling and oil systems, electrical system, tire pressure, brakes, etc
Detecting and reporting malfunctioning of vehicle systems in time
Maintenance of accurate records such as work tickets, service records etc for vehicles assigned to them
Driving the vehicle as authorized
Timely reporting of incidents/accidents on the road
Observing traffic rules and the company’s transport policy

Coordinate activities in consultation with Camps and Sites Committee and the Head Office
Ensure the financial well being of the Organization and adherence to statutory obligations
Prepare and present technical and financial reports and monthly to the Camps  Training Centres Committee.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the National Executive Committee and the Governing Council.
Essential skills, knowledge and competencies
Diploma in Social work or related field
At least 2 years experience in a similar or related position.
Proven leadership skills including Camp Management, ability to prepare and analyze programme plans, financial forecasts and feasibility studies.
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with Scouts  the General Public
Ability to promote the Camp and ensure accountability, transparency and the profitability, sustainability of the Camp  Centre.
Be a team player
Ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines
Good understanding of Scouting

Position: Finance Manager – Grade: 2
Responsibilities
Develop and Implement prudent management and investment plans and mechanisms in the Finance department to minimize financial risks in line with the government guidelines.
Coordinate and implement the overall function of managing organizational funds, while upholding good financial practices based on international standards.
Prepare reports to the Chief Executive officer on all financial matters to cover receipts, payments and banking.
Align the operations of the department with appropriate technological operations.
Implementation of financial policies, decisions of the Board of Trustees to ensure proper administration of budgetary controls, accountability of financial rules and regulations.
Managing the accounting and monitoring procedures of the Organization’s finances according to international financial reporting standards.
Prepare budget performance reports.
Update the Board regarding changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the Organization business operations and ensure that all statutory legal financial obligations are met on time.
Supervise, train and mentor staff from the department.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Financial Management related fields
Masters degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance management from a university recognized in Kenya will be an added advantage;
Post graduate qualification is desirable
Professional accounting qualification CPA (K), ACC CA.
Experience
Eight years experience in a busy finance department in a senior position with clear track record of performance.
Other Requirements
Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sound Analytical and IT skills relevant in finance related packages.
Be aged 35 years and above.
