Reporting to the Team Leader – Direct Sales, the position holder’s key role is acquisition of new business at the same time ensuring quality customer service.
The Key Roles will include;

Deliver set Sales Targets in Deposit mobilization and Quality Loan Disbursement.

Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Actively participate in marketing campaigns to ensure clients are well informed of the product portfolio.

Seek customer feedback on products and services offered by the organization.

Provide daily Sales Reports.
Role Requirements

Minimum of a Diploma preferably in Sales & Marketing. A Degree is an added advantage.

Previous experience in direct sales within banking, MFI, Insurance and related industries will be a definite advantage.

High levels of Integrity and Professionalism.

Self driven, passionate about sales and proven performance track record.

Good communication and customer relationship skills.

Certificate of Good Conduct.

The Nakuru County Assembly Service Board is a Corporate body established by Section 12 of the County  Governments Act. The Board is, interalia, mandated by law to constitute offices in the Service of the Assembly.

Consequently, the Board invites applications from suitably qualified Kenyans to fill the following vacant positions. All positions are Permanent and Pensionable.

Hansard Reporter I (NKRUCASB 8) – ONE POSITION 
Reporting to the Senior Hansard Editor

(a)Duties and Responsibilities 
(i) Undertaking independent verbatim reporting of County Assembly proceedings and those of relevant committees/  functions within or outside the County Assembly;
(ii) Preparing transcripts for editing;
(iii) Sorting, checking transcripts from fellow officers and amending as necessary;
(iv) Assisting in classification, custody, archiving, retrieval and crosschecking of documents against references.
(v) Any other duties that may be assigned by the Hansard Editor.

(b)Requirements for Appointment 
(i) A Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics majoring in English/Kiswahili from a recognized university/institution; OR
(ii) A Bachelors Degree in any of the Social Sciences plus at least a C(plain) in both English and Kiswahili in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education Examination or the equivalent qualification;

OR 
(iii) Demonstrable knowledge of the workings of Hansard reporting and legislative proceedings and committee systems;
(iv) A working experience of 3 years;
(v) Excellent computer skills in Word Processing.

Mandatory Requirement for all positions. Applicants to:
(i) Avail Certificates of clearance from Ethics & Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission, Kenya Revenue Authority, Higher Education Loans Board and Criminal Investigation Department;
