Pension Services Manager
Overall Purpose
Responsible for the effective development and management of pension business and its operations to increase sales,
profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Effective management and coordination of the pension business and operations locally and regionally
• Development and execution of pension services business plans, marketing plans and annual budgets for the business
• Effectively direct, coordinate and monitor all sales, branch operation and market development activities.
• Identify opportunities and develop strategies that will ensure that pension products and services are of the highest quality to ensure client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business and finance. An good understanding of budgeting and financial planning is essential, MBA will be added advantage
• 6 years experience in pension business development and relationship management
• Interpersonal, leadership, communication, networking and customer service skill
• Business acumen and be performance driven with a track record of delivering results
