Position: Technical Sales Executive

Our client, a recognized firm in East Africa dealing in the sale and service of power back up systems, power protection systems and solar systems seeks to recruit a Technical Sales Executive.
The ideal candidate must have experience in selling power backup and power protection systems.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Selling power backup and power protection systems
• Generating sales leads and securing new business by maintaining relationship with the existing clients
• Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and projecting the number of contacts to be made
• Developing and maintaining sales materials and current product knowledge
• Managing account services through quality checks and other follow-up
• Communicating new product and service opportunities, special developments, information and feedback gathered through field activity
• Making telephone calls, visiting existing and prospective customers in their premises
• Setting clear achievable targets, objectives and developing practical plans to achieve those targets
Qualification and Experience
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering
• At least 1year sales experience in a similar role
• Good presentation skills
• Self driven with high level of integrity
• Outstanding sales ability with excellent communication skills
