Brand Ambassadors – Field Sales Representatives Wanted

Satrack Kenya Limited is expanding its local network and currently seeking to enhance our sales team with new team players ready to succeed.
Position is commission-based and can become salary based + commission for proven individuals. We are looking for long term relationships with proven sales reps who want to increase their own client book by representing our brand. Our PER SALE COMMISSION is competitive.
The representative will be promoting our products and services, providing technical support and conducting relevant training to new and repeat customers within an assigned territory.
About us: Satrack Kenya is a vehicle tracking and fleet management company.
Main Responsibilities
• Determine sales potential for new and existing customers through inquiry, observation or periodical research
• Prepare and conduct sales presentations of our services to new and existing customers
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific services
• Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
• Maintain and improve customer relationships and satisfaction
• Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism
• Assist clients with special requests, training and problems (supply information, resolve complaints, etc.)
• Gather competitive information and other market information regularly while interacting cooperatively with other members of the sales team
• Practice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations
• Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications required:
• Below 28 years
• Entrepreneurship attitude
• Delivers superior customer service with minimum supervision
• Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and negotiating skills
• Motivated self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
• Experience monitoring marketplace to identify business opportunities
• Problem-solving and analytical ability
• Professional demeanor can do attitude
• Team player who works productively with wide range of people
• Judgment and decision-making ability
