Longhorn Publishers, a leading firm with a strong presence in Eastern Africa region whose core business is publishing and distributing educational and leisure publications, wishes to recruit dynamic and results oriented individual to fill the following posts:
Operations Coordinator
Ref: COC-13
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating and supervising all field programs in Tanzania to ensure optimal field coverage and attainment of sales and revenue targets
Identify and develop new markets
Establish new outlets for company products to ensure market dominance
Identify and exploit publishing opportunities so as to satisfy consumer needs.
Obtain market information for enhancement of product attributes
Monitor product and product plans of the competition to ensure a sustained competitive product range, product differentiation and overall expansion of the market share.
Source, induct and Coordinate illustrators, designers, and authors to ensure timely delivery of quality final product
Organize and conduct local and international exhibitions and seminars to create awareness concerning the company’s products
Conduct market surveys and prepare reports for decision making
Qualifications
Must be a Tanzanian Citizen
First degree in Education or the equivalent
At least 5 years working experience
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Ms office applications
