Housemart Co Limited is an international company dealing with building and construction materials household commodities and hardware products.
We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic candidate to work as part of the project division as a sales representative to sell our products and generate profitable new business.
Sales Representative
Job duties and responsibilities
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via visits, telephone calls and emails.
Follow all company regulations and KPI policy.
Honestly and accurately fill out and hand in all sales management forms and reports in good time.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Gathering market and customer information.
Be clear on all transaction conditions i.e. prices, stock, delivery to avoid any inconveniences on both the client and the company’s ends.
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock.
Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the office for soft copy processing.
Handle and deal with all clients concerns courteously, politely and in a timely fashion.
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
Feeding future buying trends back to employer.
Any other tasks assigned by management.
Knowledge and qualifications
Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
One (1) years experience preferably in the building materials industry.
Computer literate.
Strong energetic and passionate about sales.
Able to handle pressure.
Good Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
