ICT Systems Audit Consultancy Services
Unaitas Sacco Ltd is among the fastest growing institutions in Kenya established under the Co-op Act 2008 and regulated by the SASRA Act 2010 with a membership of well over 110,000 spread across our 16 fully fledged front office branches nationally.
We intend to conduct an ICT Systems and processes review as we position to align the organization with the strategic plan.
We are thus seeking Proposals (RFP) from firms possessing the following minimum requirements; Kenya Revenue Authority (PIN and Tax compliance), satisfactory certificates from at least 3 corporate firms, should have a physical service center and must have done similar assignments in the last 5 years.
The scope of works will be;
Undertaking an assessment of the current internal control systems and processes.
Reviewing the capability of the current system to support the future strategic direction of the organization.
Evaluating the ICT investments and advice on the extent of their optimal utilization.
Assessment and review of the internal ICT skills.
Recommendations according to the best applications and practices.
Completed RFP documents are to be submitted in a plain sealed envelope and clearly marked as below; “RFP: ICT SYSTEMS AUDIT CONSULTANCY SERVICES” and addressed to;

Late Proposals will be disqualified.
The tender opening will be done immediately at the Unaitas boardroom, in the presence of tenderers who wish to attend.
