Developing and Managing Shopping Malls in Nyanza and Western Kenya is
looking for suitable qualified personnel for the following positions:-
Purchase Manager.
He will be responsible to
identify suitable vendors both local and international, develop vendor database management, receive and compare quote from vendors;
making purchase orders;
follow up for timely supply;
identify new materials and technology;
check the material for quality and quantity;
check and process payments;
shall have good working relations and contacts of material suppliers.
Qualification and other competencies required:
Degree or Diploma in Purchase/ Material management;
Age: 30 – 40 years;
Min 5 – 10 years hands on experience in purchase preferably from construction and building maintenance;
Good communication skills; interpersonal skill; Negotiation Skills; good computer knowledge.
