Request for Trainers
The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Somalia is an International Non-Governmental Organization registered in Kenya and operating in Somalia.
ADRA is seeking services of experienced Trainers to carry out Training for Trainers Mogadishu Somalia.
Trainers will be expected to undertake the following activities:
Design the training program and a training manual on Monitoring and Evaluation of teaching and learning process, Report Writing and Keeping an up-to-date data.
Design and deliver training of trainers’ workshop of in Mogadishu as per the objectives set above.
Review the current effectiveness of Monitoring and Evaluation system in schools in discussions with the work shop participants and provide recommendations for improvement
Prepare a detailed workshop report touching on stated areas of training plus recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications
Holders of either Degree in Social Sciences or Education.
Technically competent in facilitating training of trainers’ workshop
The consultant needs to be a good and proven trainer with excellent training skills and methodologies suitable for adult learning;
Proven track record as a trainer in schools’ Monitoring and Evaluation
Ability to train well in a team and train adults with low education levels;
Immediate availability to undertake the assignment
