Senior Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities
Supervising the front office staff and ensuring that the whole premise is managed properly at all time
Sourcing for vendors, sieving and selection of the most suitable vendor.
Coordinate purchases and delivery of goods & Services as per procurement policy
Edit the monthly newsletter and ensure the information flow to all staff members
Manage the intranet and ensure that information on the intranet is up to date
Manage the duty roster for the reception and support staff
Maintain the employee data tracker
Plan meetings and /or conferences and events organization
Ensure that all staff are provided with the uniforms and an inventory of the same is maintained
Ensure that office cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
Process documents for the expat staffs e.g. the passports, work permits and alien cards
Manage allocation of utilities as well as space and facilities planning
In charge of employee welfare activities

Requirements
Degree in Business Administration
At least 4 years experience in a closely related/similar role
Strong organisation and administrative skills – attention to detail is essential
Strong interpersonal and relationship maintenance skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in organising events, meeting and travel arrangements
Male candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Valid Driver’s License
