Head Teacher – Sony Complex School
Reporting to Human Resource Development Manager,
Head Teacher Sony Complex will be responsible for:
Co-ordinating planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of all School programs andactivities
Monitoring teachers Schemes of work, lesson preparations/plans.
Ensuring School fees are paid.
Managing School expenditure.
Ensuring effective teaching of all subjects.
Preparing operational and capital budgets
Ensuring availability of adequate learning resources
Serve as Secretary to the School Management Board and PTA Committee
Linking the School with key stakeholders in education.
Involved in actual teaching.
Managing staff performance.

Person Specification
Minimum P1 Certificate.
Bachelor of Education (Primary option) will be added advantage
2 years experience as Head teacher or Three (3) years experience as Deputy Head Teacher in a reputable school.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate
Minimum P1 Certificate.
