Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Respond in a timely manner to incoming requests for applications assistance and resolving customer issues as well as following up on opportunities and maintain account relations.
• Developing a pro-active approach to establish and maintain professional relationships with new and potential clients that promote growth of business and market share in the industry.
• Provide feedback and input from own markets to help shape marketing strategy for all organization product
• Respond efficiently to enquiries for solutions and respond with appropriate information about organization products
• Contact potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets and sell the advantages of company products
• Establishment of direct sales opportunities for all company products and assist where required in design, production and coordination of all marketing material.
Skills and Qualifications
• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology and sale and marketing
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in IT solutions technical sales engagement in a relevant corporate industry
• Good technical background with an understanding of software solutions development and life cycle
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Flexibility to travel away from the city to meet prospective clients and work
• Excellent client management and relationship management skills
• Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks ,high energy levels ,hard working and time management
