Roles and responsibilities
Proactively drive the recruitment and selection exercises including running assessment centres
Support projects such as job evaluations, salary surveys, organizational restructuring among others
Prepare client proposals; ensure tender documents/requests are prepared and submitted on time.
Proactively source for new clients, schedule and attend client meetings when required
Respond to requests from new and existing clients and provide detailed information as well as follow up on queries by clients and job seekers on the company’s services, available vacancies etc
Prepare and submit assignment reports as required including recruitment reports, feedback reports etc
Advice and update clients on the status of their assignments
Advice and update staff and managers on company policy, procedures and legislation

Qualifications
A first or second degree in human resources/ business administration or other related qualification from a reputable institution
A HND/OND in human resources management – either completed or currently pursuing is an added advantage
At least 3 year’s experience working in a busy and professionally run human resources consultancy firm or department
Computer literate – MS Office, email, internet etc
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Experience in recruitment including developing and running assessment centres; preparation of job descriptions; preparation and placement of advertisements and psychometric/ technical testing.
Individuals with experience working for a reputable consultancy firm will have an added advantage
