ACORN GROUP, a leading Property Development Company with interests in commercial, office, retail and residential developments is looking for highly ambitious and motivated candidates to fill this position in their main office in Nairobi:
Property Sales Manager
Reporting to the Director of Property Services, this position is responsible for delivering the sales and letting targets for the Group’s portfolio.
The incumbent will be responsible for keeping the Group’s database of latest market conditions through market research and networking with market players as well as prospecting for new site acquisitions
Principal Accountabilities:
To ensure the Group meets its sales and letting targets for all developments within set timelines through direct and network sales
To undertake Market Research and Networking with market players to understand the market conditions and document this for use by the Group in new project planning
To analyze market comparables for various market segments using the appropriate methodologies to assist the Group in making investment decisions
To maintain accurate sales and letting schedules for the Group’s property portfolio and issue regular reports on the status of Sales and Letting
To ensure the Group meets its sales and letting targets for all developments within set timelines through direct and network sales
To undertake Market Research and Networking with market players to understand the market conditions and document this for use by the Group in new project planning

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Bachelors’ degree in Land Economics, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate or any related field
3 years proven experience in Sales and preferably but not necessarily Property Sales
Excellent Customer Service and Negotiation Skills
Driving License an added advantage
